The story of this picture is quite interesting. When I first reviewed this set I was disappointed. I rejected this photo and I were angry about turists walking evrywhere. Recently my reaction was similar, but during work on this set I decided to give this photo a chance. I tried to erase the background, but while I was doing it I realized the background makes this photo unique and without it its not the same. Now this photo jumps at me from the folder so Im curious what others think about it. watercolor bokeh ftw?

Photo taken during visit in Fortress of Jomsborg, home of The Jomsborg Vikings Hird, very well organised and well-known viking times re-enacting group. In fact its already part of their life, amazing group. They also make mead and I must mention it, because its great

I wouldn't have noticed the tourists at the first glance (at least until I read the description), and I don't find them much of a disturbing element.

What to say, great shot, and lighting was fine indeed...

great shot, honestly i didn't even notice the girls in the background til you mentioned them in your a/n, the fighting pair are just so attention grabbing and dynamic

What cool action shot! The foreground is very clear and sharp while still giving the sense of intense movement, and the blurriness of the background highlights what is happening in the fore. To be honest, if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have known those were people dressed in modern clothes in the background; then again, I have been known to be unobservant.

The stark contrast between modern day and the Age of Swords is very strong here. The two vikings up front fighting compared to the two ladies (?) in the back is just amazing. A very nice capture here.
